One Size Fits One parent coaching
If your child is in middle school, there is a next step.
Some families finish the map and see that the plan was never the hard part. The hard part is working it out with a 12 or 13 year old who has opinions. That is what One Size Fits One parent coaching is for.
Where most families start
The map. $49.
A real teacher builds a sketched plan around one child: subjects, level, pace, what fits, what to skip, how the week works. You buy the map, then you book a 30 minute call. On that call I learn your child. Afterward you get a written map you can actually run.

The Four-Week Start. $500.
Four weeks of private coaching for you, the parent. One 30 minute call each week, email and text in between. After the first call you have a map of how you and your child are getting along and a seven day plan to try. By week four you have the first version of a Learner’s Guide for your child: what they care about, how they learn, what you tried, and what you found out.
- For parents of a child about 11 to 14. If you also have a high schooler in the same family, ask me and we can talk about including them.
- $500. If you bought the map, start within 30 days and the $49 comes off.
- I coach you. I do not coach your child, and I do not build the curriculum.
- Room for a few families at a time.
- A founding program. I have no results or testimonials to show you yet, and I will not promise a grade or a behavior.
- If it goes well there is a longer eleven week version. We decide that together at the end of week four, and your $500 counts toward it.
Talking is not enrolling. We talk first. If it is not the right fit, I will say so.
Who you would be talking to
I taught middle school U.S. History until this spring, and my wife and I have homeschooled our boys for about fifteen years. In the coaching I coach you, the parent. I do not coach your child, and I do not build the curriculum.
